Description

Size: 25-35mm
Basic colour: Bright metallic blue.
Pronotoum: Elongate and almost flat.
Leg colour: Black, with blue metallic sheen.
Confusion species: Carabus problematicus

Status: A relict population in extreme south-west Britain. Extremely local in Devon and Cornwall.
