A Colonel in the army who died ‘gloriously’ at Gallipoli. Mainly a Lepidopterist but Fowler (1912) records that he collected Paussidae in Burma. A collection of Lepidoptera alone was sold by Stevens on 20-21 June 1916. FESL 1887-1915. (MD 2/04)
