Gave and sold insects to the HDO including a collection of Coleoptera from British East Africa and Ecuador (c.80 specimens given in 1903) and other Coleoptera illustrating mimicry (sold 1913) (Smith (1986) p.145). There is an obituary in Ent., 90, 1951, p.108. (MD 11/04)
