Biology

Status: Widely scattered in England, small numbers of old records from Scotland and Ireland, none from Wales. Scarce (Notable B); appears to have contracted from a range that extended further north (including Cumbria and Scotland).

Overwintering: Probably as adults
Food: Adults on leaves, larvae at roots
Other notes: Similar to the dark form of L. luridus
