Habitat: Woodland; possibly also dry, open habitats and quarries.
Host plant: Various Boraginaceae, mulleins (Verbascum spp); also some Asteraceae and possibly other plants.
Overwintering: As adults and possibly immature stages.
Food: Adults on host leaves, larvae at roots of Boraginaceae
